At our establishment, we prioritize the protection and prevention of environmental pollution, aiming to reduce our negative impact on the environment.

To achieve this:

• We make a conscious effort to segregate our waste efficiently based on its source, categories, and hazard classes.

• Recognizing that using hazardous substances and chemicals only when necessary will reduce both negative environmental effects and waste generation, we adhere to this principle.

• When procuring materials for our operations, we prefer those with the "recyclable" and "environmentally friendly" labels to contribute to nature preservation. We actively seek opportunities for reuse.

• We use disposable items such as paper, napkins, toilet paper, and packaging materials sparingly to minimize our ecological footprint.

• We store waste in separate areas according to their characteristics and, within the legal storage time limits, deliver them to licensed/authorized companies while maintaining records.

• We strive to use water, energy, and all natural resources efficiently. We share this commitment with our employees, guests, and suppliers.

• We measure our environmental management performance, track this data with set goals, and continuously work to improve our performance.

• We aim to educate our employees on environmental matters and increase their awareness.
